Which queues are available on Dibz?
Most housing queues in Sweden are available with us – including student queues. Some queues require an additional fee, but this is clearly displayed when you select them. In such cases, the queue itself will send a separate invoice.

I'm already in a queue – what happens then?
No problem! Just select the queue with us, and we will help manage it for you. You will need to change the password so we can access your account, but your place in the queue will not be affected.

You can see available apartments directly on Dibz – conveniently gathered in one place. When you find something you like, you can click through to the queue's own page to apply.

How long does it take to get an apartment?
It varies – sometimes it happens quickly, and other times it can take years. It depends on the queue, the area, and the type of housing. However, we help increase your chances of getting something sooner.
