Parking queues in Skåne län

Vehicle parking is rented through the vehicle-space queue on My Pages; ABK offers open and covered car and motorcycle spaces, subscription parking in a parking garage, as well as charging and disabled parking spaces.

Båstadhem introduced digital parking permits (from July 1, 2023) via Parkster. Tenants apply via a link, rent unreserved parking spaces; visitor parking may be paid and there are plans to install more charging points.

Brännborn Fastigheter offers ample parking facilities, with free parking being the standard at most of their retail and office properties.

Derome Bostad states parking spaces are often available to rent in their projects, sometimes with EV charging; fees vary by project (example: SEK 225/month, SEK 425 with charging).

Ystadbostäder offers rental of garages and parking spaces. Its tenants are prioritized; you cannot join the queue before receiving an apartment. Rules apply for storage, smoking and maintenance in garages.
