Parking queues in Dalarnas län

Bärkehus AB is the municipal housing and property company of Smedjebacken Municipality.

KlaraBo uses a separate queue for parking at some properties; register your interest via Mina sidor. The number of parking spaces varies by project and may be limited.

To obtain a parking space you must join the vehicle-place queue on Mina sidor and accumulate queue points. Kopparstaden rents various paid spots (outdoor, garage, carport, charging).

Parking spaces are mainly allocated to tenants in the area; register interest for a specific space, allocation by longest queue time. Three months' notice; VAT may apply for non-residents.

Tenants can rent a garage, carport or parking space but must have an agreement. You are responsible for snow clearing; visitor parking is available and on-site car washing is prohibited.

Parking enforcement is introduced: Aimo Park will manage agreements and enforcement; new fees apply (unique spaces, zone permits, visitor hourly parking) and visitors pay via the Aimo app.
