Parking queues in Båstad

Båstadhem introduced digital parking permits (from July 1, 2023) via Parkster. Tenants apply via a link, rent unreserved parking spaces; visitor parking may be paid and there are plans to install more charging points.

Brännborn Fastigheter offers ample parking facilities, with free parking being the standard at most of their retail and office properties.

Tenants can rent parking spaces around the property, including some with charging points. Apply by email (vaxjo@nivika.se). Fees vary (typically 150–650 SEK/month). Parking enforcement is used.
