Parking queues in Sweden

Vehicle parking is rented through the vehicle-space queue on My Pages; ABK offers open and covered car and motorcycle spaces, subscription parking in a parking garage, as well as charging and disabled parking spaces.

AllboHus rents warm and cold garages and parking spaces. Parkster is used for payments where fees apply.

Renting a parking space: numbered spot for a fee (about 205 SEK/month), contract required, register vehicle registration number, guest parking via Parkster and some EV charging points available.

Älvkarlebyhus offers heated and unheated garages and carports. VAT applies if you have no tenancy.

Parking is not included in the rent; apply for a personal parking space via 'Hyresledigt'. Renters are responsible for snow clearing and sanding. No EV chargers yet; visitor parking follows signage.

Arvidsjaurhem rents parking spaces, carports and garages; regular parking is first-come-first-served, garages/carports are assigned by queue time. Guest parking is for visitors only and inner courtyards are off-limits.

Bärkehus AB is the municipal housing and property company of Smedjebacken Municipality.

Båstadhem introduced digital parking permits (from July 1, 2023) via Parkster. Tenants apply via a link, rent unreserved parking spaces; visitor parking may be paid and there are plans to install more charging points.

Most apartment buildings have parking options (engine heaters, carports, cold or heated garages). A spot isn’t guaranteed for everyone; contact customer service to apply and see fees.

Bofast's website mentions parking spaces in some property listings, usually briefly stated as 'Parking available adjacent' or 'Parking space exists', indicating availability and sometimes parking details.

Brännborn Fastigheter offers ample parking facilities, with free parking being the standard at most of their retail and office properties.

Finnvedsbostäder offers garages, carports, zonal and fixed parking; apply via the vehicle-space queue on the website (available spots posted every Tuesday). Rules and enforcement managed with Securitas.

To apply for a parking spot you must activate yourself in the parking queue via Mina sidor: select "Mitt sökande" - "fordonsplats", click "köregistrering", follow the steps and give consent.

Rent a garage, engine heater or parking space via the rentals office. Garages are for parking only—no storage, workshop, oil changes or car washing. Tenants are responsible for snow and ice removal.

Hallbo rents parking spaces primarily to tenants, up to two per apartment, for passenger cars only. Tenants are responsible for their space; visitor parking is paid via Aimo Park.

Parking rules: Parking and garage spaces must not be used as workshops or for storing junk/decommissioned vehicles. Tenants are responsible for cleaning and snow removal. No caravans, car washing, or resident use of visitor spaces. EV charging can be arranged via management.

All parking spaces at Hässelby Hem are intended for registered passenger cars.

Heba offers parking spaces with electric vehicle charging; chargers are installed at all spaces and initially available only to tenants who rent a spot, with plans to offer public charging later.

Heimstaden offers rental parking spaces, garages, carports and charging spots, with search and watch features that email you when new spaces become available.

Höganäshem states parking spaces are rentable; SydPark manages enforcement (contact 09–11); vehicles must be registered, parking permit displayed; replacement/unreturned card costs 100 SEK.

Hultsfreds Bostäder rents vehicle parking spaces in Hultsfred, Målilla, Mörlunda, Virserum and Silverdalen. Applications and watchlists are handled digitally through their market system.

Register in the parking-space queue to collect queue points (1 point/day). Many spots are mainly rented to local tenants; some spaces are only offered to residents of the building.

To join the queue for a parking or garage space, you must be listed as an active applicant under 'Fordonplats'. Profiles may be deleted under GDPR if they are not kept active.

Jefast lists available parking spaces with address, rent and number of applicants. To register interest you must sign up on Mina sidor; the site displays available spots and lets you filter by area and rent.

Register in the vehicle queue via Mina sidor to request a parking space; many areas offer parking with engine-heater outlets. Parking in courtyards is prohibited; trailers/out-of-service vehicles require a rented spot.

When you rent a parking space you are responsible for snow clearing. Unloading at entrances may not exceed 10 minutes. Guest parking is time-limited for visitors. Five locations have charging posts; payment via Swish.

Kalmarhem rents parking spaces, garages and charging points; existing tenants have priority. Apply via Mina sidor; regular parking requires a digital permit through the Mobill app.
