Rexellent housing queue

Rexellent, Rexellent PM, is a Helsingborg property manager that lets rental homes and terraced houses for several property owners. The homes sit in Helsingborg, including Laröd, Planteringen, Fredriksdal, Mörarp and Ödåkra, and in nearby municipalities in Skåne, for example Höganäs, Landskrona and Ängelholm. The queue does not work like a municipal housing agency. You get no numbered place and there are no queue points to collect. You register as an applicant and register interest when a home falls vacant. Rexellent then make a selection among those who have registered interest and meet the letting policy, which they set together with each property owner. If you are offered a viewing you get that by email, with instructions on how to go on. The basic requirements are that you have turned 18, have a reasonable financial situation for the rent, have no serious payment defaults, unpaid debts or negative housing references, that the number of people is reasonable for the home's size, and that you hold valid home insurance. If the household's income is too low, a guarantor can in some cases make up the difference. Rexellent publish no ranking by queue time or points.

Rexellent publish no average queue time. How long it takes depends on the home and how many others register interest in the same one. They give no exact figure in months. To keep the registration active you need to log in at least once a year. Rexellent do not publish what happens to your registration if you miss that, nor what happens to it when you sign a contract.
