AB Hultsfreds Bostäder is owned by Hultsfred Municipality and lets around 1,360 rental homes in several towns in the municipality, including Hultsfred, Silverdalen and Virserum. Alongside ordinary rentals they have student apartments plus sheltered and senior housing, and they also let parking spaces, carports and garages. Registering is free. There is no annual fee.
