About Heba

Alongside ordinary rentals, Heba lets youth apartments, new-build homes, parking spaces and storage. In Heba's own queue on Mina sidor you can apply for newly built homes and youth apartments for applicants aged 18-25, plus parking and storage. Other vacancies in the existing stock are let through Bostadsförmedlingen i Stockholm, HomeQ or Uppsala Bostadsförmedling. Registering is free. There is no annual fee.

The queue does not work like a municipal housing agency. Heba publish no queue points and no visible queue position. You create a Mina sidor account, set your preferences and register interest when something falls vacant. Applicants who meet the letting policy may be invited to a viewing, and Heba talk about being first in the queue after you have accepted. But they do not publish how the ranking is calculated. For parking, queue time counts from the day you register interest. In the registration terms they reserve the right to freely offer a home and choose the tenant.

Heba publish no average queue time. How long it takes depends on the location, the size of the home and how many others apply for the same one. To keep your registration in the queue you need to log in to Mina sidor at least once every six months. Heba do not publish what happens to the registration when you sign a contract. Youth apartments are ordinary first-hand tenancies: you need to be 18-25 when you sign, but you may then stay as long as you like. Existing tenants have an internal queue on Mina sidor.
