Eksjöbostäder AB is owned by Eksjö Municipality and lets around 1,200 rental homes in Eksjö and Mariannelund. Alongside ordinary rentals they have three sheltered-housing buildings. When you are given a home the points always reset. If you already live with them you collect points from the day you activate yourself as an applicant, but after a new contract you are blocked from registering interest in other homes for two years, unless they make an exception.
