Einar Mattsson's rental homes are let through Bostadsförmedlingen i Stockholm and through their own queue on Mina sidor. In the own queue you can join for apartments south of Södermalm. Bagarmossen, Bandhagen, Enskede Gård, Farsta, Hammarbyhöjden, Hägersten, Skärholmen and Sköndal, and for parking spaces. Registering is free. There is no annual fee.

The queue runs on points, but points do not decide alone. You create a Mina sidor account and an interest registration for an apartment or a parking space to start collecting points. When a home falls vacant you register interest, and among those who meet the letting policy Einar Mattsson make an overall assessment of points, finances and references. Longer queue time improves your chances, but it is not a municipal housing agency where the applicant with the most points always gets the contract. The account and the points are personal and cannot be transferred. If you already live with them, internal queue time counts from your move-in date, and you must have lived there for at least three years before you can apply for another home in their own stock.

Einar Mattsson publish no average queue time. They write that the wait is often long, because many tenants stay for years, but they give no exact figure in months. How long it takes depends on the area, the size of the home and how many others apply for the same one. To keep your points you need to log in and update your interest registration at least once a year, or you lose them. Einar Mattsson do not restore lost points or accounts. When you sign a first-hand contract with them the points reset, even if you got the home through Bostadsförmedlingen. Answer no, or not at all, to five viewing invitations in a calendar year and you are blocked for 12 months.
