Derebo Riksten housing queue

Derebo Riksten covers 215 rental homes in Riksten Friluftsstad in Botkyrka Municipality, south of Tullinge. The homes sit in two properties, Inflygningen 1 and Rullbanan 2, of four and five storeys, built in timber and intended for Miljöbyggnad Silver certification. Move-in began in autumn 2025. They are ordinary rentals, and registering is free. There is no annual fee. Derebo Bostad is a joint venture between Derome and Reliwe.

The queue does not work like a municipal housing agency. You get no numbered place and there are no queue points to collect. It is an expression of interest for the project: you register interest via Derebo's website or via their partner HomeQ. An application is not a booking. There may be several interested parties for the same home, and it is binding only once the tenancy agreement is signed. Among those who go forward, Derebo require proof of income through an employment certificate and payslips, and they run a credit check before contract. Contracts are signed digitally with BankID. Derebo publish no ranking by queue time or points.

Derebo publish no average queue time. How long it takes depends on which homes are vacant and how many others apply for the same one. To keep the registration active you need to log in at least once a year. Derebo do not publish what happens if you miss that, nor what happens to the application when you sign a contract. In January 2026 Derome and Reliwe sold the 215 homes to Acer Bostad, and Derebo's own project page for Riksten is no longer published.
