About Bofast
Alongside ordinary rentals, Bofast lets parking spaces, garages and storage units. Vacant listings are applied for through the same Mina sidor registration, and registering is free. There is no annual fee.
The queue does not work like a municipal housing agency. You get no numbered place and there are no queue points to collect. Instead you register on Mina sidor, watch vacant homes and register interest. If you are offered a viewing, Bofast contact you by phone. Among applicants who meet Bofast's letting policy, Bofast reserves the right to choose the tenant. They publish no ranking by queue time or points. A credit check is run on every applicant, and they require that you have no payment defaults; in some cases they may ask for a guarantor or a deposit.
Bofast publish no average queue time. How long it takes depends on the location, the size of the home and how many others register interest in the same one. To remain an applicant you need to update your application at least once every six months. It updates automatically when you log in to Mina sidor. What happens to the registration when you sign a contract is something Bofast do not publish. If you already live with them you must have lived in the same apartment for at least a year before you can be offered another.
