About Asplunds Fastigheter
Alongside ordinary rentals in Örebro and Kumla, Asplunds Fastigheter lets student apartments by Örebro University and homes for residents aged 55 and over. Vacant homes are applied for through the same Mina sidor registration, and registering is free. There is no annual fee.
The queue does not work like a municipal housing agency. You get no numbered place and there are no queue points to collect. Instead you register on Mina sidor and register interest when a home falls vacant. Asplunds then choose a tenant with care among those who meet the letting policy. They do not publish a ranking by queue time or points.
Asplunds Fastigheter publish no average queue time. How long it takes depends on which home you apply for and how many others register interest. To keep the registration active you need to log in at least once a year. Asplunds do not publish what happens to your registration if you miss that, nor what happens to it when you sign a contract.
