Housing queues in Rättvik

RFAB is a municipal real estate and service company that works for the development and management of premises and housing for private and municipal operations.The housing area is approximately 36,000 square meters distributed among 594 apartments.

Senior apartments (55+) are ordinary rental contracts; you can register in the senior queue from age 53 and apply from 55. Usually 1–2 rooms and a kitchen.

Sheltered housing is offered for those who have turned 70 years old. The apartments have common areas and a host/hostess available on weekdays.

Skoglunds owns and manages a total of 700 apartments in the Siljan region. Most of them, around 450, are located in Leksand. Their largest areas in Leksand are Limhagen, Moskogen, and Byåkern near Stationsgatan. In Borlänge, they have a larger apartment area in Forssa, while in Mora, all their apartments are located in the city center. In Rättvik, they manage Hvilan, among others, a large residential area centrally located by the river.
