Housing queues in Falun

Kopparstaden is owned by Falun Municipality and offers everything from student accommodation to larger apartments and senior housing.

The Senior queue combines +55 and sheltered housing into one category with three types (bas, plus, trygg). You can join the queue from age 60 and apply for housing from age 65.

Student apartments are intended for students (e.g., Högskolan Dalarna); apply via Mina sidor. After completed studies you may receive one year of extra queue points to improve your chances.
