How does Dibz work?

Dibz is your personal queue assistant for housing queues. You create an account using BankID and fill in your basic information. After that, you can join both free queues and paid queues directly in the web interface. Dibz handles ongoing re-registrations and updates of your position in the queues you are registered in.

How do I start using Dibz?

1. Register at dibz.se.

2. Fill in your personal and contact details.

3. Choose a payment plan and method.

4. Log in with BankID.

5. Go to My Queues and select the queues you want to join.

6. Follow your queues and collect queue points – you’re all set!

Can I use Dibz if I have a confidentiality marking or protected personal information?

• Use your registered address from the Swedish Tax Agency instead of your private address.

• We cannot guarantee that queue operators will not use your information for marketing purposes.

• If you are unsure, we recommend not using Dibz.

Can I use Dibz if I have a coordination number (samordningsnummer)?

No – Dibz requires a valid Swedish personal identity number and BankID. However, some queues can be joined manually via their own websites.

Payment remarks – do I still have a chance of getting a home?

• It may be more difficult, but not impossible. The landlord decides whether payment remarks are accepted.

Tip: Join multiple queues via Dibz to increase your chances.

I’m missing one or more housing queues

• Contact us, and we will look into whether they can be added.

• We continuously expand our selection to cover more areas and needs.

Leaving a queue

Log in to the queue operator’s website and remove yourself there. Dibz cannot do this automatically.

How do I leave a paid queue?

• Ignore the invoice – you will lose your place without financial obligation.

• To completely close your account in that queue, contact the queue operator directly.

How do I leave a free queue?

• Go to My Queues in Dibz for an overview of all the queues you are registered in.

• If you have a family account, you can switch profiles to view sub-accounts.

How do I use the service?

How do I add queues?

1. Log in to Dibz.

2. Go to My Queues → Add Queue.

3. Search by city, area, or queue name.

4. Click Join and follow the instructions (free or paid queue).

Is there an app?

At the moment, Dibz does not have a standalone app.

What do I do if I changed the password for one of my queues?

1. Go to My Queues in Dibz.

2. Select the queue → at the bottom of the page you'll see a censored password

3. Login to the queue from the webpage and change the password of your account in that queue to the censored password found on dibz.

4. If you can't login, choose "Forgot password" instead and follow the link sent to your email.

5. When this is done, press confirm change on the same page that found the censored password.

6. All done!

How many queues can I join?

You can join an unlimited number of free and paid queues via Dibz.

How do queue points work?

Points are counted from the day you joined (or the payment date for paid queues).

Some queues use only queue points, while others combine points with profile factors.

Can I use Dibz to register my children in housing queues?

Yes – with a family account you can add sub-accounts and use the scheduling function for younger children.

What happens if I get an apartment through a queue?

You will receive a notification in the app and an email. Follow the instructions to confirm with the landlord.

What do I need to do to keep my queue positions?

Free queues: no action needed, Dibz maintains them.

Paid queues: pay the invoices on time.

I am already in queues – what happens then?

• Register in the queue via Dibz.

• The queue will appear as inactive if you are already registered.

• You will then need to change the password for your account in the queue to the one Dibz has assigned you.

• You can find the password under My Queues → Click on the relevant queue and scroll to the bottom where the censored password is shown.

• Copy the password and change it on the queue’s website.

• Then click Confirm change at the bottom of the same page where you found the queue password.

How do I apply for apartments?

Log in on each queue’s website.

Browse available listings.

Apply by submitting an expression of interest.

How long does it take to get an apartment?

It varies from a few months to several years depending on the queue and area. Dibz does not provide any guarantees.

Is there an age requirement for Dibz?

Minimum age is 16 for an individual account.

Children under 16 can be added via a family account.
