How do I update my profile?

  • Go to Manage Accounts.

  • Select the profile you want to update.

  • Edit your details and click Save.

For family accounts: You’ll also see all sub-accounts and can update their information the same way.

How do I change my email address on Dibz?

To update your email address, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Dibz and go to Manage Accounts.

  2. Click Edit next to the profile you want to update.

  3. Enter your new email address and click Save.

Your new email will be used for all future queues. For queues you’re already registered in, please update your email directly on the queue’s own website.

How do I change my personal ID number?

If your personal ID number has changed, we can update it in Dibz.

  • Send us proof of your new number.

Please note that this does not automatically update your personal number in any queues where you’re already registered. You’ll need to contact each housing queue directly to update your details.

Login & Security

Having trouble logging in with BankID?

  • Try a different device.

  • Use another web browser.

  • If the issue continues, contact us at hello@dibz.se and include information about your device and browser.

What if my BankID is restricted?

Contact your bank to upgrade to a standard BankID.

If you already have a standard BankID and still experience issues, please reach out to our support team.

Why do I need to reactivate my account after system updates?

Many housing queues have migrated to new platforms (for example, Momentum 2.0).
After such updates, a manual login with BankID is required to reconnect your account.

Reactivation required – what does it mean?

Your queue has been marked as inactive because Dibz lost access — for example, your password was changed or the queue updated its system.
To reactivate, log in manually on the queue’s website using your Dibz password.

What does “Your account is inactive and cannot be restored” mean?

The queue has removed your place — either because you no longer meet the requirements, or Dibz no longer supports that specific queue.

How do I leave a housing queue?
Remove the queue from Dibz to stop automatic logins.

To completely end your membership, contact the queue administrator directly.

Does Dibz automatically update my queues?

  • Active queues are updated regularly through automated logins.

  • Paid queues require payment directly to the queue operator.

  • Inactive queues need manual action — click on the queue for specific instructions.

Why is a queue inactive?

  • Already registered: Change your password on the queue’s website to match your Dibz password.

  • Password changed: Restore your correct password and notify us.

  • System update: Follow the reactivation steps shown on the queue’s page.

  • Removed: You no longer meet the queue’s requirements, or Dibz no longer supports it.

Where can I find my login information?

Under My Queues in Dibz, you’ll find the username (email or personal ID) and password for each active queue.
For family accounts, switch profiles to view sub-account credentials.

Co-applicants & Contact Details

How do personal details and co-applicants work?

  • Enter your own information and income when registering.

  • For co-applicants, log in to the queue’s website and add their information so combined income is considered.

Can I use Dibz without a Swedish phone number?

  • Any phone number can be used and you can change the national number by pressing +46.

  • Your phone number doesn’t affect your queue position but must be valid when applying.

Landlord phone number

Some queues require a mobile number for the landlord when applying.

  • Enter the number without hyphens or spaces.

Communication & Messages

Emails from housing queues

  • Free queues: General information only - no action required.

  • Paid queues: May require invoice payment or confirmation.
