How to cancel your membership and what happens afterward

Cancel Account / Subscription

  • First, delete any added family members and withdraw any invitations you have sent.

  • Go to, Account settings → Payment → Cancel Subscription.

Reactivating your account

  • Pay any outstanding months based on the monthly fee.

  • Refunds may be made in exceptional cases; in such cases, the account remains closed.

Queue Management After Termination

  • You must log in to each queue yourself to keep your place.
    Missing an update or leaving fees unpaid will result in automatic removal.

  • There is no payment obligation - only account termination.
    It takes an additional 36 months before the Dibz account is completely deleted.

Creating a New Account

Personal data is stored for 36 months.
You can reactivate your account within this period without data loss.
After 36 months, all data is deleted; new passwords must be created for each queue.

Effects of Termination

External queues remain active, but you are responsible for logging in and keeping them updated.
Save all your login credentials.
Sub-accounts will be deactivated or deleted together with the main account.
