Start a family account

Complete instructions for starting a family account, with screenshots

Detailed instructions on how to start a family account, complete with screenshots.

1. Registration

  1. Go to: https://konto.dibz.se/loggain or https://www.dibz.se/en/familj

  2. Click on “Register on dibz.”

  3. Fill in your details:

    • Email

    • Social security number (YYYYMMDDXXXX)

    • Mobile number (+46 …)

    • Check I accept the dibz terms of use and personal data policy

  4. Click Create account to continue.

2. Choose Payment Plan → Switch to Family

  1. After creating your account, select a plan. You’ll see options like:

    Choose a payment plan option or switch to "Join as a family instead" if needed.

  2. Click Join as a family instead at the bottom, or if you've gone through https://www.dibz.se/en/familj - You can skip this step.

  3. Choose your preferred payment method (Klarna, Card, or Trustly):

  4. Choose the monthly payment plan if you'd like to take advantage of the 28 day free trial - Complete the payment of 0 sek as a confirmation that your payment method works correctly.

3. Add Family Members

  1. Log in with your BankID and open the sidebar menu. Select Manage accounts:

  2. In the Manage accounts page, click + Add more family members:

  3. For each new member, fill in their information:

    • Personal number

    • Email - An invitation through email will be sent to members above 13 - This needs to be accepted (or toggle Use owner’s email) - You can use this option if the child is 13 years old or younger.

    • Mobile number (or toggle Use owner’s mobilnummer) - You can use this option if the child is 13 years old or younger.

    • Check I certify that …

    • Click Approve

  4. Once invited, members will appear with their status:

    • Active (profile complete)

    • Invited (awaiting acceptance)

4. Switch Between Member Profiles

Go to Add queues or My queues - On the right side you'll see bubbles with the initials of the members you've added.

Switch between the profiles by clicking on them.

5. Register Members in Queues

  1. Once you’ve switched to a member’s profile, click Add queues.

  2. Repeat for each family member to enroll them in the housing queues.
