What happens when I cancel my account?

When you cancel your account with Dibz, you retain your accounts with the housing queues you are registered in, but you will need to manage them yourself to maintain your queue spots.

Important to note:

• Save your login credentials for each queue, as you will need them to log in and update your spot regularly.

• You will also need these credentials later to apply for housing through each queue.

• The same applies to sub-accounts linked to family accounts that are removed or deleted.
