Which queues are included in dibz?
dibz includes most of the housing queues in Sweden, including student queues. There are also some queues that cost extra to be in, these can be chosen on dibz but the queue will send a separate invoice to you. We are continuously introducing more queues.

I'm already in queues, what happens then?
If you are already in a housing queue, you can choose them with us if you wish that dibz takes over the maintenance of the queue, you will then be asked to change your password in the queue so that dibz can access your account. You will not lose your place in the queue.

How do I search for apartments?
You cannot search for housing directly with dibz, dibz is only a queue management platform. To search for housing, you select a queue and continue to their own website.

How long does it take to get an apartment?
The queue time varies greatly from queue to queue, it also varies depending on what type of accommodation you are looking for and where you want to live. It can take from a few weeks to several years.
